If you use our site-owned registration form, we may also collect limited technical details tied to the submission, such as your browser user agent, referring page, and request origin, to help operate and protect the form.
How We Use It
Your information is used to review registrations, communicate with applicants and accepted participants, operate the registration process, maintain internal records, and protect the Site against spam or abuse.
Who Has Access
Your information is accessible only to The Workshop organizers and Ballet Idaho staff involved in the program, plus service providers that help us operate the Site and registration workflow. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Services
The public site may link to third-party services such as Google Forms, Instagram, hosted video platforms, or Ballet Idaho payment pages. If you choose to use those services, their own privacy policies and terms will apply.
Data Retention
We keep registration information for as long as reasonably necessary to review registrations, operate The Workshop, maintain internal records, and resolve follow-up questions or disputes.
